🥒 Garlic Yogurt Sauce (optional but recommended):

½ cup yogurt

1 clove garlic (minced)

1 tbsp lemon juice

👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Marinate Paneer:

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, paprika, cumin, coriander, garam masala, oregano, salt, and olive oil.

Add paneer cubes, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the fridge).
2. Cook Paneer:

Heat a grill pan or regular pan with a little oil.

Grill or sauté the marinated paneer cubes until golden and slightly charred on all sides (about 3–4 minutes per side).
3. Prepare Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

Mix yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Assemble Shawarma Wrap:

Warm the pita or flatbread.

Spread some garlic yogurt sauce on the bread.

Add cooked paneer cubes.

Top with sliced onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, pickles, and fresh herbs.
